Room 1 & 2 is a self contained ground floor studio suite with separate kitchen and en suite bathroom accessed by the guest house main entrance. The room was formally the 2 smallest guest rooms combined make a spacious well equipped room.
The room has been renovated using many up cycled refurbished and restored features.

Formally our two smallest b&b rooms room 1&2 is now a comfortable size studio suite with many original features.

The suite
The well equipped handmade kitchen has a comfortable double bed, table & 2 chairs, 2 seat sofa, clothes rail, plenty of mood lighting or bright ceiling lights, hair dryer and ironing board.
Kitchen
The kitchen has an earthenware sink , fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and crockery, cutlery ect.
Bathroom
The bathroom has been designed for simplicity with a large thermostatically controlled shower, a stone basin on a large countertop and toilet.
